Since the return will need to be sent back to us, it’s important to use a reliable shipping service. The shipping costs can vary, so we recommend choosing an option that allows you to track your return. This will help protect you in case anything goes awry during transit.
We kindly suggest using a Track & Trace service for all returns. Unfortunately, we cannot be held accountable for any lost items that were not sent with tracking.
